Finally had time to build the VM I wanted.... To use the 2418 to make PCB

On the Electric Unicycle forum there is a post "Milling PCBs with cheap Chinese "desktop" CNC-router" that provides a tutorial, warning not short.

Getting flatcam to run was fun :-)

I ended up create a Python virtual env wih the specific version I needed 3.8.6
The details of the other bit are far to much to include here but I used:
